This 45 minute small group interval class is offered five times a week, and gives you the support to feel confident in movements, and the power to take control of your health and fitness regardless of age, fitness level, ailment, or limitation.
The Empowerment Program combines elements of our high intensity classes with added balance, mobility, pelvic floor work, and agility. In this class, our Coaches will demonstrate movements and give alternatives specific to your needs, as well as assist with physical limitations that may need special attention. Light intensity does not mean easy! This class does challenge you and the intensity is taken at your level however, this class does allow for more time between sets, and is small group to allow for more personalized attention and guidance.
