This seasonal 4-week specialty program is for teens only. A space to grow, and learn the importance of maintaining their health and fitness during the off season. Whether your teen plays a specific sport, plays multiple sports, or is a beginner, we believe having a safe space of their own, not only allows for them to learn what their bodies are capable of, but also be a part of a community. We focus on overall wellness and positive energy, teaching healthy habits and instilling confidence and discipline that will last a lifetime.
This program offers classes 3 times a week and are set strategically to coincide with our communities high school athletics and academic programs. It is offered 4x per year and will set your teen up for a successful season in their sport preparing by staying conditioned, strong, and mobile.
Our Teen Tenacity program gives guidance to teens in our community on consistency, teamwork, and dedication, in addition to learning proper form to reduce injury and increase overall performance. In this class, we focus on endurance, speed, agility, balance, explosive and anti-rotational/rotational movements, as well as strength training. Inclusive of all sports, this class will assist and prepare your teen with the skills they need to succeed. Your teen doesn't have to be an athlete or like sports to gain the self confidence and habits to live a fit and healthy lifestyle heading into their college years.
