Our HIIT (high intensity interval) classes are only 40 minutes and are designed specifically to target maximum calorie burn. The high energy alone, will get your heart rate pumping and energy flowing! Our group classes are expertly programmed so that our HIIT It Fitness studio will be the only home you need.
Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. Having more lean muscle means your body burns more calories at rest. The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training, and that's what we do!
